No. Personal and academic records remain off-chain. If blockchain is used, it should be limited to narrowly defined trust evidence such as issuer registries, version commitments or audit anchors—not names, identity numbers, grades or complete transcripts.

What happens if a credential is corrected, suspended or revoked?

Credential status is part of the operating model. The institution can govern correction, suspension, revocation and reissue so verifiers can check whether a credential is still current instead of relying on an old static copy.
